How to Move Accounts/Stops on a Route (iPad)

Last minute changes on your client visits can be stressful. Sometimes, a customer would ask for a different meeting time other than what you’ve already scheduled. Luckily, Badger Maps allows you to move your route stops even if you’re on the road! Read below to learn how it works on the iPad app.

1. Go to Route, and load the route that you need to make changes to.

2. Select the route stop that you have to move by tapping and holding the icon with three little bars, then dragging and placing it to where you have to move it.

3. Once done, the meeting time will be automatically adjusted, but you can change the meeting time and duration of each stop if you need to.

4. Tap the blue Save button, change the Route Name and Date if needed, and tap Save. If you didn’t change the Route Name and Date, tap Overwrite on the pop-up box, and you’re all set.

Note: Do not tap Optimize because this will rearrange your route stops.
